1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SolProp Real Estate S.L., which operates this site from Fuengirola (Málaga, Spain) under the Fuengirola Insider brand.

2. What data we collect

We only process data you give us voluntarily. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out automated profiling with legal effects.

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), area of interest and the content of your message.
• Relocation guide and investment report requests: name, email, phone (optional), expected timeframe or budget and, if you add one, your message.
• Newsletter signup: email address.
• Technical data your browser sends on each visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), processed in aggregate by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and send the information you asked for — legal basis: your explicit consent, given via the form checkbox.
• To prepare and send the guide or report you request, and for an advisor from our partner agency to contact you about it — legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
• To send you the newsletter — legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
• To keep the site secure and operational — legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply — legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers needed to deliver the service, who act as data processors under contract:

• Our website hosting and deployment provider.
• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
• SolProp, our partner real estate agency, which receives your request in order to answer it and follow up on your property search.
• SolProp’s contact-management CRM (Vera OS), where your request is recorded for follow-up.
• Our business email provider.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry messages for a maximum of 24 months from last contact, unless the relationship creates a contractual or legal obligation requiring a longer period. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent, at any time by writing to info@fuengirolainsider.com. We will respond within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.

7. Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used, to remember your language preference and for the technical operation of the site; these are exempt from the prior consent requirement.

If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we will publish a consent banner and update this policy before enabling them.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
